In this episode, I talk about personal boundaries and how a lot of "little" things can add up to a life-changing thing. Personal Boundaries are another tool in the toolbox for developing stronger intuition and something that's worked for me. How hanging around athletes has taught me to live my life like it's my own personal World Cup and how my group chat has taught to me to jump out of bed and in the shower for myself like I would that fckboi who texts "WYD" at midnight. I go through types of personal boundaries, how to set them, how to forgive yourself when you don't keep them, and how they can add to your life or take away unnecessary stress and anxiety.
